By completing the information below, I agree that I want to receive an eStatement for all eligible C&F Bank Business accounts for all users set up under my Online Banking Business profile.

*Once you have completed and submitted the above eStatement Enrollment Request Form, you will soon receive an email containing the Optional Services Request Form. The signer on all accounts must electronically sign this form. After we receive your signed Optional Services Request Form, we will give you access to all Business eStatements under your Online Business Banking profile. This means you will no longer receive paper statement for these business accounts.
